Jennifer Richmond, proprietor of JenniCakes and newly opened Frosted, a cake supply house and fresh bakery, found her calling at the age of 14. Following her passion, Jenni went on to attend The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, graduating with an Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. Since then, Jenni has worked with a variety of bakeries and has extended her education studying under professional decorators such as Colette Peters, Nicholas Lodge, Ewald Notter, Elisa Strause, Ron Ben-Israel, and Debbie Brown. For over a decade and by appointment, overseen by Jenni herself, her creative staff has been whipping-up custom cakes and edible favors for special occasions, operating under the name JenniCakes. Designed and baked fresh for every client, jennicakes delivers custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies and chocolates for all occasions. The icing on the cake for jenni, and a testament to her specialty, designer cakes and entirely edible creations, came when she and her team were featured as finalists on the Food Networks, Cake Wars (aired March 28, 2016).
