Jennifer Richmond, AKA Jenni Cakes, is the proprietor of Frosted, your one-stop-shop for fresh-backed custom cakes, cookies & treats for all ages. Jenni started baking at the age of 14. Following her passion, Jenni attend The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, graduating with an Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. Since then, Jenni has worked with a variety of bakeries and has extended her education studying under professional decorators such as Colette Peters, Nicholas Lodge, Ewald Notter, Elisa Strause, Ron Ben-Israel, and Debbie Brown. For over a decade and now operating under the name Frosted, Jenni and her creative staff are whipping-up custom cakes and edible favors for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions. Designed and baked fresh for every client, Jenni Cakes is proud to deliver custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pop-tarts, and chocolates to her clientele. The icing on the cake for Jenni, and a testament to her specialty, designer cakes and entirely edible creations, came when she and her team were featured as finalists on the Food Networks, Cake Wars (aired March 28, 2016).
