Please be advised that on any custom design we do ask for at least 4-weeks notice before your event date with a 50% deposit to book your order. The balance will become due 2-weeks before your event date. All changes must be made before the balance is due. All cancellations must be made at least 3-weeks prior to your event date to receive your deposit back.
